The details that you give in the essay are specific bad things children might do, and the story from your own life about burning your hand.
Use formal language Too often, writers slide into the language they use while texting or speaking to their friends.
Most GED Extended Response essays are between 4—7 paragraphs and each paragraph is composed of 3—7 sentences. The passages will present two different viewpoints on a topic. Five minutes may not seem like much, but you should be able to read the entire essay over at least once and correct any obvious spelling or grammatical mistakes.
